Using the example of relationships - the only way to truly love someone, is to understand their imperfections and still love them regardless. Without these imperfections, we technically wouldn’t ever be provided with the opportunity to decide wether we genuinely loved something or someone.

Courage & Curiosity - the twin engines that drive success. Courage pushes us to take risks, face challenges, and step into the unknown. Curiosity fuels our desire to learn, grow, and explore new possibilities. Together, they open doors to opportunities and help us push past limitations. To truly be great, we don’t need all the answers, just the willingness to ask questions and the courage to take the first step.

Don’t Spend A Lifetime Waiting - there will never be a ‘perfect’ time, that is an illusion and doesn’t exist. There will always be something standing in the way of our ideal start - whether it's fear, uncertainty, or external circumstances. Every moment, even the imperfect ones, carries potential for transformation. Don’t let the notion of a ‘perfect’ time hold you back - take the leap and adjust along the way. The right time is when you make it.

Romanticising Your Life - Life will very easily pass you by if you don’t make an active effort to enjoy it. Take yourself out for dinner, purchase the experiences & items you’ve always wanted, start completing your bucket list, spend time with those that make you laugh. The list goes on. Many view ‘romance’ as something that is reserved for when you’re in a relationship with your significant other. But we often forget, the first relationship we ever get into is the one with ourselves.

Live, Love & Laugh - Life is a continuous journey, not a looming destination. We’re here for a long time as we live day to day, but a short time when we zoom out & observe from the grand scheme of things. Don’t forget to live, love and laugh throughout the journey, it wont last forever.

Tutto Passa - an Italian saying that translates into ‘everything passes’ - reminding us of the impermanence of life. A simple but powerful phrase i’ve used throughout the year to stay resilient in the face of adversity, and to appreciate the beauty in everyday moments.

Documenting Memories - Time tends to cause us to forget some of our greatest memories and experiences. Take pictures & videos, journal, scrapbook or use whichever medium you prefer, just make sure capture and document moments - one day they’re all you will have.

Celebrate Your Wins - it can be easy to get caught on the hamster wheel of ‘continuous improvement’ - but gratitude & reflection are essential. Without them, nothing we achieve will ever provide us with the appropriate sense of satisfaction.

The Importance Of Setting Boundaries & Saying No - No one will protect your peace of mind and energy for you. Disregarding boundaries often comes from wanting to accommodate and help loved ones, but always remember - nurturing yourself is not a luxury; it’s a necessity for being able to nurture others.

The Power Of Systems & Routines - A lot of procrastination comes from lack of clarity and consistent action. With the right systems and routines in place, you don't have to rely on willpower; the process becomes part of your life, and progress becomes inevitable.

Confidence Is Just Self Respect - True confidence is entirely internal. It doesn’t rely on external validation, but on a strong sense of self. It’s about embracing who you are, including your flaws, and being unapologetically yourself. When we respect our own boundaries and honour our needs, we build a foundation of confidence that doesn’t waiver in the face of challenges. Confidence, at its essence, is simply about self-assurance born from treating ourselves with dignity and care

Listen To Understand, Not Just To Respond - We often take things personally or immediately make conversations about ourselves. Many just want to simply be heard and understood. Take the time to practice genuine empathy when conversing and make an effort to truly understand what people are saying to you. It will have a profound effect on both platonic and romantic relationships.

Feel free to write and share your own list, either in the comments below or even in a message to me on any of my social channels - I always appreciate a thoughtful conversation / message.

Men’s Mental Health Month Post [November]:

“What Does Mens Mental & Physical Health Mean To You?”

To me, both physical and mental health mean everything. They are deeply interconnected - almost like a synergy or a dance, where one continuously supports the other. Contrary to popular belief, they aren’t two completely separate pillars - they exist in a delicate balance where the strength in one, often fosters resilience in the other. Nurturing both, serves as the foundation for a life filled with love, grace and self-respect.

When we as men prioritise both our physical and mental health, we aren’t just caring for ourselves; we’re inadvertently investing in the people around us - our children, our partners, our friends, and our communities. They all benefit from the genuine work we put in to improve and learn. As the saying goes, “You cannot pour from an empty cup” - so making the effort to fill our own cup with care, growth, and intention will empower both ourselves and those around us.

The ripple effects of a man who chooses to grow, heal, and thrive, can honestly transform and create relationships that are stronger than we could ever imagine.

Yet, this journey is a lifelong one that requires honesty and vulnerability - qualities that are often misunderstood as weakness but which, in truth, are signs of immense courage. To confront our struggles and admit when we need support, is not a failure of strength but its purest expression. Through this, we gain the clarity to truly understand who we are, what we value, and what we stand for.

I often like to remind myself that perfection is never the goal - genuine growth is.

As one of my favourite quotes perfectly puts it: “The most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship with yourself - the goal is not to be perfect, it is to be whole.”

Quotes Of The Month:

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Growth is painful. You've got to relax, let it happen at times, and at others, just move forward with it.” - Ray Bradbury

"Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. It provides a profound exploration into the importance of creativity and dispels the belief that it is a skill reserved only for ‘artists’ and ‘creators’. Throughout the book, Rick Rubin practically redefines creativity as an essential part of our lives - urging us to view it not just as a skill, but as a mindset and a way of engaging with the world. Every chapter is clearly written, straight to the point and provides great examples. I was honestly extremely impressed with how enjoyable this was to complete. Will most definitely be adding it to my list of books I re-read every year.

Current Audiobook: ‘12 Rules Of Life’ By Jordan B Peterson - a powerful guide to navigating chaos and finding meaning in our everyday lives. The book draws from psychology, philosophy & real world examples. Then uses these sources to offer 12 principles that will help to embrace; personal growth, speaking truthfully, nurturing meaningful relationships, and finding joy in life’s small moments. I mainly enjoyed it due to the personal touch Jordan B Peterson included; it wasn’t your typical ‘self-help’ book. He provided interesting stories and even opposing points to his own principles, which made for more of an honest conversation and less of a typical ‘life lecture’.

Click Here For My Complete Book Recommendations List

My Current Workout & Training Schedule:

Yoga & Mobility Stretches Every Morning

Monday: Abs & Legs [Gym] | 15km Run

Tuesday: Chest & Triceps & Shoulders [Gym] | 10km Run

Wednesday: Back & Biceps [Gym] | Sauna

Thursday: Abs & Shoulders & Chest [Gym] | 5 - 10km Track Run

Friday: Arms & Back [Gym] | 20km Bike Ride

Saturday: Long Run [20 - 35km] | Sauna

Sunday: Rest Day

Link Lowdown:

[Links To Useful Resources & Interesting Things I’ve Recently Come Across]

Flightly - A mobile app that tells you absolutely everything you need to know about your upcoming flight - from real time updates, alerts & delay predictions. It often becomes buried under layers of responsibility, routine and our societal expectations as ‘adults’. Yet, retaining this spirit is crucial - it fuels our passion for life and keeps our hearts open to the numerous wonders around us. Is handling our responsibilities as adults and embodying maturity important? Yes, of course, but these two aspects of life can coexist alongside each other and that’s the beauty of it. Our youthful spirit encourages us to embrace curiosity, approach challenges with creativity, and savour the simple joys that often go unnoticed. So why not make an effort to keep this vitality alive? It doesn’t take much more than intentionally seeking out new experiences that inspire us; whether that’s exploring a new hobby, travelling to unfamiliar destinations, or engaging in simple activities that spark joy. Surrounding ourselves with energetic, diverse individuals can also rekindle this enthusiasm - reminding us that life is meant to be explored and celebrated. By prioritising our youthful spirit, not only do we enrich our own lives but also inspire those around us to embrace the beauty of living to our full potential at every age.

Setting Boundaries - Although often overlooked, this is an act that is absolutely crucial for maintaining our well-being and fostering healthy relationships. Boundaries serve as the invisible lines that protect our time, energy, mental and emotional health; allowing us to priorities what truly matters to us. Without taking care of ourselves, we become unable to look after others - it’s impossible to pour from an empty cup. That same overextension of ourselves will only eventually lead to burnout, alongside a resentment of the people we remove our boundaries for. Although sometimes difficult, establishing clear boundaries communicate our needs and limits, which ultimately signals a strong sign of self respect and personal standards - two things we should never let waiver. This practice not only empowers us to say no when necessary, but also enables us to engage more completely in the relationships that actually uplift us. Disregarding boundaries often comes from wanting to accommodate and help loved ones, but always remember - nurturing yourself is not a luxury; it’s a necessity for being able to nurture others.

Emotional Intelligence - While the importance of emotional intelligence may often be constantly reiterated nowadays, it’s more than just a buzzword. It remains a cornerstone to a fulfilling life and extends far beyond a simple awareness of our feelings. It’s much more than just maintaining a calm, level-headed mind in everyday situations; it’s easy to be good when things are going great. True emotional intelligence shines through when we face challenges; it’s most vital when our emotions run high and our patience is being tested. Only in these situations can we can prove that we truly posses the ability. For instance, instead of simply reacting in anger during a conflict, we can take a moment to assess our feelings and respond thoughtfully - fostering resolution rather than escalation. When we practice empathy, we genuinely listen to others’ perspectives, validating their emotions while also expressing our own needs. By engaging in self-reflection, we can uncover patterns in our emotional responses that enable us to navigate challenges with greater understanding. By nurturing our emotional intelligence in its entirety, we therefore create a greater understanding of ourselves and those around us - ultimately enriching our relationships and enhancing our overall well-being.

Taking Action In Order To Begin The Process Of Refinement - Refinement is a vital component in our journey toward achieving our goals and enhancing our work, but it all begins with actually getting started. Taking that initial step is crucial; without it, we cannot identify where and how we need to improve. The act of ‘beginning’ allows us to gather experiences and insights, serving as a foundation upon which we can build our understanding and progress. Once we’ve embarked on our path, refinement becomes the continuous process of evaluating and fine-tuning our efforts, enabling us to recognise areas for enhancement. Without this clarity, we risk becoming stagnant, relying on outdated methods or assumptions that no longer actually serve us. By regularly seeking feedback and reflecting on our progress, we open ourselves to new insights and possibilities, allowing us to adapt our strategies to meet the evolving demands of our goals. This overall process of refinement encourages us to embrace a mindset of growth, where each setback is viewed as a learning opportunity, rather then a mistake. In essence, refinement empowers us to transform our aspirations into tangible achievements, ensuring that we are not just working hard but working smartly toward our desired success. Applying this exact mindset to all aspects of our lives will also ensure that we as individuals do not ever stagnate and stop growing.

Removing Resistance - When setting goals and targets, we often discover that the true barrier isn't a lack of knowledge about what to do, but rather the overwhelming resistance that often stands between us and actually taking action. This resistance can take many forms: fear, self-doubt, or even the paralysis of perfectionism. To make any sort of meaningful progress, it’s essential to simplify the steps required to reach our goals and actively dismantle the obstacles in our way. Breaking goals into smaller, manageable tasks helps create a clearer path forward. Techniques such as habit stacking (pairing new habits with existing ones), time-blocking to allocate specific periods for focused work, or creating an environment that minimises distractions can be valuable strategies. Ultimately, by effectively removing resistance, we can streamline our efforts. Which as a result, allows for more time to be dedicated to the actual important and needle moving tasks.

Quotes Of The Month:

"Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful." – Joshua J. It’s much more than just being close to something / someone; it's about the subtle influence that nearness has on our aspirations, outcomes and reality. When we deliberately place ourselves in environments that resonate with our goals (whether it’s through relationships, workspaces, or even the communities we engage with) we create a fertile ground for growth and genuine fulfilment. Proximity allows us to absorb insights, build authentic connections, and stay attuned to opportunities that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. Beyond purely just the physical; it's also about positioning ourselves in the vicinity of the people, ideas, and experiences that will go on to shape our future. By being mindful of where we place ourselves, and who we place ourselves with, not only do we unlock the potential to achieve our goals - but we do so in a way that feels natural and aligned with our true desires. Some examples of how to effectively improve proximity consist of: joining relevant communities, seeking out mentors, committing to continuous learning, attending events and leveraging social media to follow and engage within appropriate digital spaces.

Letting Things Go - As natural creatures of habit, it often proves difficult for us to accept change and let go of the past. However, the act of letting go is not just about releasing & forgetting - it's about making space for new growth and opportunities. Holding on to past grievances, outdated goals, or even stagnant relationships often weigh us down and prevent us from moving forward. By letting go, we enable fresh experiences to enter our lives while also allowing ourselves to clear the mental and emotional clutter that often subconsciously holds us back. Embracing the often temporary nature of life also helps us realise that change is not something to fear but to welcome with open arms. The Italian phrase ‘Tutto Passa’ (everything passes), is one of my personal favourites and perfectly captures the essence of impermanence / letting things go in life. By embracing this truth; we learn to flow with life’s changes, accept situations as they are and appreciate the beauty in each moment as we make room for the blessings that have yet to come.

Imposter Syndrome - Imposter syndrome often arises when we doubt our own achievements and almost feel as though we’re not deserving of our success (despite evidence to the contrary). This feeling is surprisingly more common than you’d assume and often effects a large majority of us. It usually stems from desires of perfectionism, comparing ourselves to others and even internalising peoples criticism / limiting beliefs. To overcome imposter syndrome, it's crucial to recognise and challenge these self-doubts. One effective approach i’ve learnt is to focus on 'doing the necessary work' - actively engaging in the tasks, learnings, and practice that build genuine competence and confidence. This not only reinforces our skills but also helps us internalise our value and achievements. By committing to this ongoing effort, it becomes much easier to break the cycle of self-doubt, gain true confidence, and create a solid foundation for continuous progress in our personal and professional lives. The end goal is to stack enough experience, knowledge and achievements to genuinely believe you are exactly who you say and think you are.

The Importance Of Genuine Effort - In every aspect of our lives, whether it's building meaningful relationships, advancing in our careers, or achieving personal goals - applying genuine effort will always be a recurring and crucial factor. Genuine effort means investing time, energy, and passion into what truly matters to you. In today’s world and even in certain cultures, there can sometimes be a stigma around being seen to be ‘trying hard’ as many consider it ‘embarrassing’. This perception is absolute nonsense and overlooks the reality that dedication and genuine effort are fundamental to achieving any sort success and fulfilment. Embracing the process of trying, rather than shying away from it, leads to deeper satisfaction and lasting results. Always remember, there is absolutely no shame in striving for something meaningful to you, even if it is not the common / popular path. If anything, taking the road less travelled is a testament to your character and self assurance.

Appropriate Skill Stacking - In today’s ever-evolving landscape, skill stacking (combining a variety of complementary skills) is essential for staying ahead of the curve. By developing a broad set of capabilities, we can boost both our adaptability and value, making us more versatile in both personal and professional life. An example I always use is the following; consider two artists, both are exceptionally talented at creating art. One has only mastered the craft and is what some would class as a ‘starving artist’. The other has also studied psychology, marketing, and social media. The latter’s additional skills not only enhances their ability to connect with and understand their audience, but also helps them effectively promote their work and expand their reach. This example can be applied to all industries and job roles, wether you work within a company or run your own business. The person that has stacked more appropriate skills will always have the competitive edge. In a job market that’s also constantly shifting; having a diverse skill set not only helps us to navigate changes with ease, but also positions us for greater success and opportunities.

Quotes Of The Month:

"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but about learning how to dance in the rain." - Vivian Greene

"Do not fear change. Although one of the greatest blessings we are bestowed; it can often get overwhelming, confusing & difficult at times. Shit happens and that’s okay. Regardless, always make an effort to experience the things you derive the most joy from & find appreciation for the everyday moments. Having priorities, building appropriate foundations and working hard are all important factors of life; but never forget to also live, love and laugh whilst you do these things. No one will do them for you.

Courage - The single most important attribute for success and fulfilment. Many often mistake being a ‘courageous’ person for someone that is totally fearless and isn’t scared of anything. They often reserve the word to describe people they view as almost untouchable and perfect. In actuality, it is the complete opposite. Courage is cultivated by taking action through fear. Understanding that a particular event or situation may absolutely terrify you, but attempting it regardless. Courage also has no limitations and comes in all shapes and forms. It is not only confined to overcoming the generic physical fears such as heights, public speaking, needles, etc. It runs a lot deeper; allowing yourself to love and be vulnerable, admitting you’re wrong and taking responsibility, facing past traumas, overcoming self limiting beliefs, battling addiction, standing up for your yourself, forgiving people. The list goes on. These are the signs of a truly courageous individual. "Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’" – Mary Anne Radmacher.

The Beauty Of Age - “The secret to life is enjoying the passage of time.” - James Taylor. Whenever age is the topic of conversation, it’s often discussed as something that is almost negative and that you should be scared of. When in reality, it is one of the greatest privileges of life. With age comes the accumulation of countless memories, lessons learned, and stories lived, each contributing to a profound understanding and appreciation of life. The lines and wrinkles we go on to develop symbolise a lifetime of laughter, tears, and resilience. There is also a serene confidence that often accompanies age, a comfort in one's own skin and a deep appreciation for the present moment. The beauty of age is also found in the relationships and connections that have been nurtured over time, in the love and friendships that have endured and grown stronger. It’s a reminder that every stage of life has its own unique story and value. Age should be celebrated for the perspective it brings and the enduring spirit that continues to learn, grow, and inspire. The occurrence of age also does not mean you have to lose your youthful spirit, that is something you can retain forever. When it’s all said and done, you’re the only person that will decide wether you age with class and grace or with bitterness and spite. The choice is completely yours.

Documenting Your Memories - Such an overlooked activity, yet so important. Time tends to cause us to forget some of our greatest memories and experiences. Documenting them is a way of honouring the moments that define us and ensuring that significant events are cherished long after they occur. Making a habit of taking pictures and videos ensures we’ll always have a reference point for each chapter of our lives. There are countless ways in which to do this; buying a physical photo album and printing out your pictures, collecting videos to make a yearly recap, vlogging trips and holidays, scrapbooking, journaling, etc. Whatever you prefer, as long as you have something to look back on and appreciate in years to come.

The Importance Of Deadlines - An extremely effective way to beat procrastination. The reason we usually never get around to completing tasks and projects is due to the lack of checkpoints we provide ourselves to aim for. It is not enough to merely state you want to achieve a specific goal. Introducing an actual plan and time limit for it to be executed allows for a greater sense of urgency, focus and motivation. With a clear timeframe in place, we’re more encouraged to appropriately prioritise tasks and manage our progress effectively. Instead of convincing ourselves that we will eventually ‘have time to do it later’. Regularly monitoring progress against deadlines also allows for timely adjustments to be made and ensures that projects actually stay on track for successful completion.

Quotes Of The Month:

"Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit." - Marcus Aurelius

"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." – Carl Jung

"Without courage, wisdom and knowledge bear no fruit." – Baltasar Gracián

“Nourish your soul with love and your heart with joy. Truly understanding oneself & being unashamed to express it is such an exceptional superpower. Highlighting what you stand for / truly want will help you navigate through life with more fulfilment and authenticity. Reject what you know is truly not for you and learn to feel okay with the decision. From trends, to life choices and behaviours; if it does not align with the person you are / want to be, you are not obligated to accept or adopt it.

The Importance Of Relationships & Community - One of the greatest blessings we are bestowed, yet one of the most overlooked. In a world of social media, hustle culture and fast paced technology; it has become increasingly easier to lose sight of its importance. Having genuine people you can both trust and rely on is an absolute godsend. However, nothing worth having comes without effort. Maintaining and cultivating these relationships is also equally important. Check in with loved ones, plan dates, exchange gifts and make an effort to assure your love is felt.

Gratitude - "If you're not grateful for what you already have, what makes you think you would be happy with more?" - Naval Ravikant. Unlimited desires are often extremely detrimental to our overall peace and wellbeing. Having goals & ambitions is great, but you should never adopt them as your entire identity. While you strive to improve and progress, always take time to appreciate the things that truly matter. From the life you have built thus far, to your health, family and friends. These true blessings often only come around once in a lifetime.

Empathy & Emotional Intelligence - As we navigate through life, we are rarely ever taught how to be empathetic or actually develop our emotional intelligence. Some are blessed enough to be naturally born with it. However, most people end up having to teach themselves as they mature. The ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and be selfless enough to accommodate for their perspective (even if it opposes your own), is a character trait that will allow you to both maintain and build genuinely meaningful relationships. Many are fighting battles you know nothing about, so make an effort to be more understanding.

Simplicity & Procrastination - A lack of clarity and direction is often what causes procrastination and a delay in action. Simplicity is key for both a peaceful and focused life. By removing unnecessary clutter, we can better appreciate what truly matters and reduce the mental fatigue that usually precedes procrastination. Embracing simplicity also aids us in making clearer decisions, enjoying deeper connections, and finding joy in the small beauties of life.

Networking - Although a phenomenal life skill. I believe its impact is often overstated. Without any genuine substance or value, it is extremely difficult to truly ‘network’ with those you desire to. Instead, the focus should be directed towards becoming the best version of yourself and improving your craft. Throughout this journey, not only will you develop into the person that others want to ‘network’ with, you’ll also learn valuable skills and lessons that make you an individual others want to engage with and introduce to upcoming opportunities. At this point is when you will truly start to reap the benefits of ‘networking’.

Quotes Of The Month:

"If you cannot yet do great things, do small things in a great way." - Napoleon Hill

"You have power over your mind - not outside events. It’s also well understood that we are now living in the digital age. With this information, it’s clear to highlight where the opportunities will lie moving forward. Small steps today will put you miles ahead of your competition. Some of my advice would be to; purchase both your personal and business idea names as a domain, even if you do not currently have plans to build a website. Set up a digital portfolio; employers are already using these to find new talent. Share your work and interests in the appropriate digital spaces. Join online communities and connect with likeminded individuals. [I’ll go into greater detail regarding this specific topic in upcoming newsletters].

Progress > Perfection - The stars will hardly ever align to present the ‘perfect’ opportunity In life. To truly get things done; create a rough plan, take immediate action and then iterate as you go along. Life’s best teacher is experience and the only way to gain knowledge from it is to actually try things in the real world.

The Importance Of Direction & Clarity - Be decisive and clear in understanding what YOU truly want. Not what social media or your family and friends say you should want. Without this direction, life is not intentional. What career do you truly desire? What traits do you want in a partner? What would you want your average day to consist of? Where would you want to live? These are just a few of the countless questions you can ask yourself to gain greater clarity. Compile a list of questions for topics you may currently be pondering, write down the answers and refer back to them whenever you feel lost / misaligned.

Karma - The energy and effort you put into the world is what you will get back, simple as that. Wether this be your work, relationships or health. That same energy and effort will always eventually return to you in one shape or another.

The Power Of Systems & Routine - Simplicity is key. I recently read that decision fatigue is the biggest cause of procrastination. Having to organise and plan the tasks you’re going to perform in the moment adds another unnecessary layer of resistance. Creating systems and routines that simplify these tasks allow for positive habit stacking that will skyrocket your productivity. ‘Atomic Habits’ By James Clear is a fantastic book that further explains this concept.

Life Is Short & Time Waits For No One - Be very intentional in making an effort to enjoy it. Do the things you’ve always wished to do, document your memories, start ticking off your bucket list and spend time with the people that bring genuine joy to your life - Live, Love & Laugh.

Quotes Of The Month:

"If you're not grateful for what you already have, what makes you think you would be happy with more?" - Naval Ravikant

"There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge. Both poverty and riches are the offspring of thought." - Napoleon Hill

"Luck is a function of risk. You can make your own luck by making more decisions and taking more risks." - Naval Ravikant

"If you’re not failing, you’re not pushing your limits, and if you’re not pushing your limits, you’re not maximizing your potential." - Ray Dalio

My Current Reads & Book Recommendations:

Current Physical Book: Building A Story Brand By Donald Miller

Current Audiobook: Ego Is The Enemy By Ryan Holiday

Click Here For My Complete Book Recommendations List

My Current Workout & Training Schedule:

Yoga & Mobility Stretches Every Morning

Monday: Legs [Gym] | 15km Run

Tuesday: Abs & Chest & Triceps [Gym] | 10km Run

Wednesday: Back & Biceps [Gym] | Sauna

Thursday: Abs & Shoulders [Gym] | Track Run

Friday: Biceps & Triceps [Gym] | 20km Bike Ride

Saturday: Long Run [20 - 35km] | Sauna

Sunday: Rest Day

Link Lowdown:

[Links To Useful Resources & Interesting Things I’ve Recently Come Across]

Myers Briggs Personality Test - Fantastic resource to better understand your habits, skills and personality.
